About me

Executive Coach | Leadership Mentor | Burnout Recovery Advocate

Hi, I’m Lesley – a former health and safety inspector turned senior executive, who learned about leadership, challenges, stress and burnout the hard way.

I spent 25+ years in senior roles within large corporate organisations, managing departments of over 200 people, developing high-performing teams and generating over $1bn in sales. I know what it’s like to wear all the hats, to carry the weight of multiple stakeholders and to come home feeling completely wrung out.

Like many professionals, I associated success with long hours. I was bad at setting boundaries. I struggled with Imposter Syndrome, and I battled with my own inner voice – telling me to always do more. But the last corporate role pushed me to my limit. A toxic environment meant I began suffering from stress, in a way that I never thought I’d experience. It wasn’t until my doctor told me to stop that I realised something had to give. I stepped away. I burned out. And then I rebuilt.

Today, I run The Leadership Programme so I can help people like me all those years ago. I offer executive coaching, burnout prevention and confidence coaching for professionals, leaders and organisations.

My mission? To help you redefine success on your own terms. So that you can lead with clarity, confidence and calmness without sacrificing your wellbeing or life outside of the office. To help you and your teams reach potential. And, most importantly, to prevent burnout, before it’s too late.

What Drives Me

My coaching blends real-world leadership experience with psychological and behavioural tools that I’ve used in my own life. This includes:

● Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) which I’m a certified practitioner in

● Evidence-based psychology and neuroscience principles for long-term behaviour and mindset change

● Classic coaching frameworks adapted for high-performance individuals, based on International Coaching Federation (ICF) standard and ethics

Ultimately, people come to me feeling stuck, stressed or overwhelmed – and they leave with practical strategies, a new-found self-belief and a clearer path to sustainable success.

Who I work with

I love working with ambitious professionals who are unfortunately stretched too thin. The ones who’ve ticked all the boxes but still feel something is missing. Whether Imposter Syndrome has appeared after a promotion, you’re running on empty thanks to a demanding role or you just want to lead with more ease, I can help you to reframe your thinking, reset your patterns of working and rebuild a version of success that works for you.

Outside the office

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me with my head in a book, lifting weights at the gym or journaling. I follow my own advice – prioritising balance, wellbeing and connection in everyday life. And, when I need a little nudge, I hear my mum’s voice, “You don’t get a rerun at life, Lesley.”

Why it matters

Success should never cost your health. You can be strategic and sane. Life is too short and also too long to be unhappy. These are just a few of the mottos I live by. Ultimately though, you define your own version of success, and I can help you to get there.
